Belgian Dubbel is a traditional monastery style characterised by deep amber to brown colour, rich malt complexity and expressive yeast character. Expect notes of dark fruit, caramel, raisin and subtle spice, balanced by moderate bitterness and smooth carbonation. Originally developed in Trappist monasteries, Dubbel remains one of Belgium’s most influential beer styles.
