Brewed within the Abbey of Notre-Dame de Saint-Remy in Wallonia, Rochefort 6 is the lightest of the Rochefort Trappist range yet retains impressive depth and balance. Deep amber-brown in colour, it offers aromas of dark fruit, toasted malt and subtle spice from the monastery’s expressive yeast strain. The palate delivers notes of raisin, caramelised sugar and gentle cocoa, supported by soft carbonation and a warming but composed finish. A refined Trappist ale combining richness with drinkability.
