Kölsch

Kölsch is a protected regional German beer style brewed exclusively in Cologne (Köln). Fermented with ale yeast and cold-conditioned like a lager, Kölsch is pale, crisp and delicately fruity with a clean, dry finish. Served traditionally in a tall “Stange” glass, it represents a refined balance between lager freshness and subtle ale character.
