Kellerbier

Kellerbier is a traditional unfiltered German lager style originating in Franconia. Naturally cloudy and often served directly from the cellar (“Keller”), it retains yeast character and enhanced mouthfeel compared to filtered lagers. Expect soft malt notes, fresh bread crust, gentle herbal hops and a rounded, rustic finish. A cornerstone of authentic Franconian brewing.
