Brewed in Kelheim, Bavaria by Schneider Weisse, Aventinus Eisbock (TAP09) is a concentrated wheat Doppelbock created through traditional freeze-distillation. Deep mahogany in colour with ruby highlights, it delivers intense aromas of dark fruit, clove, caramel and warming alcohol. The palate is rich and velvety, revealing notes of raisin, plum, toasted malt and subtle spice, finishing long and warming. Powerful yet structured, this is a benchmark Bavarian Eisbock with remarkable depth.
