Brewed within the Abbey of Notre-Dame de Saint-Remy in Wallonia, Rochefort 10 is the most powerful and complex of the Rochefort Trappist range. Deep mahogany-brown with a dense beige head, it delivers layered aromas of dark fruit, treacle, cocoa and subtle spice from the monastery’s distinctive yeast strain. The palate is rich and full-bodied, revealing notes of raisin, fig, molasses and warming alcohol, balanced by gentle carbonation and a long, contemplative finish. A benchmark example of Belgian Quadrupel-style Trappist brewing.
