Produced by Ojo de Dios in Oaxaca, Mexico, Ojo de Dios Joven is an artisanal mezcal made from 100% Espadín agave. The mature agave is roasted for around 10 days before being double distilled and bottled without ageing, creating a fresh and expressive style with grassy agave, fragrant smoke, barbecued pineapple, plum, subtle vanilla and a dry, peppery finish.
