Brewed by LERVIG in Stavanger, Rogaland, Norway, Sour Suzy is a Sour - Berliner Weisse brewed in modern style. This thirst-quenching session sour takes inspiration from classic German sour mashing techniques to create a light, refreshing tartness with no hop bitterness and a very low hop profile. A healthy portion of wheat in the grain bill gives it a soft body, while citrusy hops and the addition of Makrut lime leaves bring bright aromatic notes, making it a sharp, refreshing and highly drinkable beer.
