Brewed by Kiuchi Brewery in Naka, Ibaraki, Japan, Awashizuku is a Specialty Grain brewed in traditional style. This sparkling junmaishu sake is made without the addition of distilled alcohol and includes a small amount of sour white koji during mashing, creating a beautifully balanced profile. The added acidity lifts the natural sweetness of the rice, resulting in a refreshing, complex and elegant sparkling drink with a refined finish.
