Named after Ellezelles native Hercule Poirot, this distinctive Belgian stout is rich, sturdy and full of character. The beer is very malty yet dry, with a subtle sweetness in the finish and well-judged hopping throughout. A striking spicy aroma of fresh spruce gives it added individuality, while the depth of malt and unique house character make it a classic example of Belgian stout.
