Brewed by Delirium - Huyghe Brewery in Melle, East Flanders, Belgium, Delirium Nocturnum is a Belgian Strong Dark Ale brewed in traditional style. This dark chocolate brown ale pours with a compact, creamy white-yellow head and opens with aromas of caramel, mocha and chocolate, supported by notes of liquorice and coriander. On the palate it begins soft and warming, before developing a growing bitterness from hops, roasted malt and chocolate malt, finishing with a pleasing balance of bitter, sour and sweet notes.
