Produced by Château Canet in Minervois, Languedoc, France, this 2021 red is an organic blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. It offers ripe blackberry, cherry and blackcurrant flavours alongside floral notes, savoury spice and smooth, velvety tannins. Most of the wine is aged in stainless steel to preserve freshness, with a small proportion seeing oak to add extra depth and complexity, resulting in a generous but well-balanced southern French red with a long, moreish finish.
